We will talk about the ways in which we mentally check out that leave us on automatic. We will talk about the ego, love, charisma, suffering, surviving and thriving. You will discover your instrument; mind, body, voice; working as one. what gets in the way, what expands, what works. You will begin a practice of awareness that builds mastery in being present and bringing your full self to your acting - and you life!
